Post-Pandemic, Dance Meditation workshops will be offered again in person and streamed live. Here is what to expect briefly:

- The workshop is typically 90-120 minutes long, depending on the size of the group and the level of experience of the participants.

- I or my experienced guest instructor will start by guiding you through a series of warm-up exercises to help you loosen up your body and prepare for the dancing and meditation portion.

- You will then be led through a guided meditation that will help you to focus your mind and connect with your inner self.

- The dance portion of the workshop will begin with gentle movements and gradually build up to more energetic and expressive dancing that incorporates Mudras from Yoga.

- The instructor will encourage you to let go of any self-consciousness or inhibitions and to fully embrace the experience of dance meditation.

- The workshop will end with a cool-down period and a final meditation to help you integrate the insights and experiences from the session.
